Abstract
|
|
|
Two cases of aneurysmal bone cyst are reported. One of them was a 27 years old female who had the cyst on the upper epiphysis of the right tibia, the other was a 33 years old male who had the, tumor on the lower part of the right femur.
Both of these cases were misdiagnosed clinically as giant´ cell tumors which were confirmed later to be aneurysmal bone cysts by the biopsy. Both of these tumors were curetted out and bone was grafted., The diagnostic criteria of the aneurysmal bone cyst were reviewed and discussed.
